Pre-spray & Pre-spot – The carpet is “pre-sprayed” with special cleaning compounds. These compounds are designed specifically for your carpet & soil condition. During this process, the soil is loosen up to make rinsing more effective. We use products designed for each type of carpet, whether it is wool, olefin berber, nylon berber, or cut pile nylon.4. In most cases, the technician will use either a hand rake or a rotary scrubber to work the pre-sray into the fiber to make sure a great job is done.5. Our state-of-the-art hot water extraction system thoroughly flushes the carpet once the soil has been loosened. The carpet is sanitized and deodorized in this step. There is a regulation of water pressure to prevent the carpet from getting too wet. This depends on the thickness and depth of the carpet.6. Neutralize – Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so there are no sticky residues left behind. Depending on soil conditions, this treatment is applied as a rinse or after rinsing.7. After cleaning, if any spots are not removed, specialty-spotting techniques are used.8. To speed up the carpet’s drying, high-velocity air movers are placed on the carpet.9. Post-grooming – By using a carpet rake, the carpet pile is arranged in one direction for faster drying and more visual appeal.
